A backup battery (not included) keeps the clock working during power cuts (press any button, and the clock lights up for 5 seconds then automatically turns off for power saving). The alarm will go off at the scheduled time, ensuring you don't miss your important meetings. With 6 brightness levels (100%→70%→50%→30%→10%→5%) plus an AUTO DIMMER mode, you won't have to worry about the display light blinding you all night long.
